Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills and experience conducting customer training, workshops or presentations
- Strong consultative skills and ability to articulate solution recommendations
- Experience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians
- At least 3 years' experience working in healthcare with good understanding of PAS processes in UK
- Deep understanding of PAS rules, billing workflows and requirements within UK private and public hospitals
- Experience contributing to a multi-disciplined project team
- Experience writing functional documents and solution design documentation
- Experience with business process mapping
- Knowledge of Information Systems
- Availability to visit customer sites; may require spending up to 5 days away from home each week
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations
- Experience implementing software solutions and exposure to IT services in a customer-facing setting
- Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist and change management exposure
- Good computer skills and experience conducting software testing
- University degree in Science, Engineering, or Clinical field (desirable)
- Proficiency in English (desirable)
