[Main Responsibilities]
R&D of UV-curable resins for optical fiber coating
・Formulating research plans

・有機化学、高分子化学、材料科学の基礎知識をお持ちの方

・関連分野での博士号取得者
・合成、配合設計、サンプル作製、物性評価までの一連の経験をお持ちの方
・ラボスケール以上のポリマー合成と有機材料の配合の経験がある方
[Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)]
(Must have one of the following)
・Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or another technical field
・At least 3 years of experience in product development or R&D within related fields such as UV-curable resins, semiconductor resists, optical materials, or coating materials (postdoctoral research experience is also acceptable)
・Experience in organic material development or organic chemical synthesis
・Fundamental knowledge of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and materials science
(Preferred)
・Ph.D. in a related field
・Experience covering the entire process from synthesis and formulation design to sample preparation and physical property evaluation
・Experience in polymer synthesis and organic material formulation at a scale of laboratory level or larger
