Leads organization-wide AI adoption by identifying value opportunities, shaping and delivering AI initiatives, managing stakeholders and external partners, and overseeing projects from ideation through implementation. Develops statistical, machine learning, and AI models from prototyping through production, evaluates use cases, influences data architecture, and supports model operationalization. Reviews colleagues’ and contractors’ work, mentors data scientists, evaluates AI and AutoML tools, manages external partners, and serves as the company-wide technical lead for data science.

Serves as the primary technical contact for process analytical technology in production. Leads troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect elimination, turnaround planning, legal inspection compliance, and cost control for analyzer systems. Provides technical mentorship to engineers and technicians while coordinating cross-functional teams and moderately complex projects in a chemical or petrochemical plant environment.

Manage employee life-cycle operations (onboarding, promotions, terminations, retirements), maintain accurate HR master data, support HR Connect and E-sign platform as SME, advise on ELC procedures, identify process improvements, and support HR-related projects.

Leads Baytown’s technical training strategy, workforce capability programs, qualification and certification systems, LMS governance, and Train-the-Trainer program. Ensures regulatory and safety training compliance, evaluates incidents for training improvements, and develops AI-enabled learning capabilities. Manages regional training expansion, supports acquired sites, develops trainers and technical talent, and partners with senior stakeholders to strengthen workforce readiness, operational excellence, and safety culture across North American manufacturing sites.

Process and prepare intercompany invoices for payment, reconcile global intercompany accounts and cash pools, support periodic closings and CIC payment activities, contribute to process improvements, testing, and service-level adherence, and assist teammates to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Support manufacturing quality for thermoplastic polyurethane and polycarbonate films by maintaining the ISO 9001 QMS, leading audits, PPAP and supplier activities, providing technical support and training, driving continuous improvement using statistical analysis and CI tools, and serving as site quality signatory and liaison to global teams.

Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations including processing receipts, cash allocation, dispute management, credit control (dunning, write-offs), customer account maintenance, periodic closing, and continuous improvement of AR procedures to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Develop and execute sales and segment-specific marketing strategies for Specialty Films in Italy (ID, Medical, Industrial, textile). Hunt and develop new business, negotiate supply contracts, provide technical consultation on film products and applications, generate market intelligence, and represent the company at trade fairs.

Owns control system and OT asset strategies, maintenance management, cybersecurity, and cost control for chemical plant operations. Develops and maintains Advanced Process Control projects to improve production stability, yield, and energy efficiency. Supports DeltaV Live projects, system reliability, lifecycle management, compliance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and personnel training. Collaborates with global experts and leads teams through complex automation initiatives.

Conduct research and development of UV-curable resins for optical fiber coatings. Responsibilities include planning research, synthesizing and designing urethane oligomers, preparing samples, evaluating physical properties, supporting customer proposals with sales, collecting academic information, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences.

Leads plant reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy, predictive and preventive maintenance planning, SAP maintenance data management, shutdowns, CAPEX projects, energy optimization, and mechanical integrity compliance. The role coordinates multidisciplinary improvements, manages project scope, cost, schedules, and execution, and ensures adherence to HSE, regulatory, and process safety standards.

Provide technical support to plant unit operations: monitor and troubleshoot processes, own MOCs, support PHAs, assist capital projects and DCS/SIS/PLC control work, maintain documentation, and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
