Job Description SummaryAs Application Specialist CardioVascular Ultrasound (CVUS) you will deliver the high-quality training our customers need to operate the life-changing equipment of the Vivid platforms we install. Excellent customer support across the lifecycle of our products is critical, and the technical and clinical courses you’ll provide will enable us to improve our customers’ skillsets and, as a result, enhance patient care. It’s a varied role that will include product demonstrations to support our sales, delivering ongoing post-sale support, and undertaking on-site clinical visits for education sessions. You will report directly to the Country Sales Manager Ultrasound NL and will be in close collaboration with the dotted line CVUS Segment Manager. This position is available part-time for 3 days per week.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on the software, application or equipment use (this could involve helping customers to receive the continuing education credits they need for certification and licensure, or to meet regulatory requirements);
• Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, including different potential uses, product capabilities and benefits;
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and relationships by monitoring their equipment installations and by providing continuing education on how to optimize that equipment;
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and supporting promotions as well as providing customer training;
• Advise and share knowledge with the sales teams to help them develop their sales, marketing, and customer service strategies;
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• Educated and accredited Sonographer CVUS (SBHFL);
• Experience working as Cardiovascular Sonographer;
• Fluent Dutch and English;
• Strong clinical & application skills;
• Thorough understanding of the customer dynamics;
• Clinical and product know how;
• Ability to influence and coach;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment inside and outside GE HealthCare;
• Strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset;
• Excellent planning and communication skills on different organizational levels.
