AP Accountant (Dentons Business Services EMEA)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee, with an experience in Accounts Payable to support our internal processes. AP Accountant will be responsible for data maintenance, expenses / invoices processing, outgoing payments and assist in other accounting activities upon necessity. We are seeking a motivated candidate with analytical skills open for new challenges in a specific legal industry.

• Administration, verification and posting expenses and invoices according to internal procedures and local requirements
• Handling expenses / invoices related queries - external and internal vendor
• Supplier Master Data maintenance
• Outgoing payments
• Related accounting reporting
• Close cooperation with local entities and other finance teams
• Accuracy and service quality
• Other day-to-day tasks assistance

Communication

• The communication mainly focuses on operations, operational / financial statuses, proper cooperation with local entities, vendors and other finance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other related discipline is nice to have
• At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Positive team player attitude
• Strong communications skills
• English language knowledge B2
