Individual Annuities, a division within Prudential’s Retirement Strategies business, provides innovative retirement solutions to help expand access to retirement security. We are currently seeking a transformative sales professional to join our team as an Annuities Wholesaler. This role will engage in both wholesaling and point of sales activities to enhance our sales in the Advisor Channel covering Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin.

As one of the leaders in the Annuities marketplace, you will be focused on sales of Prudential fixed and variable annuity products. This position will report to a Divisional Sales Leader and require significant travel (estimated at approximately 80%).

The current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:

  • This role will engage in both wholesaling and point of sales activities to enhance our sales in the Advisory Channel covering Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin territory.

What you’ll need:

  • Series 6 or 7 and 63 and state Insurance licenses are required (Resident and/or non-resident as defined by territory).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of how annuity products fit within the overall retirement planning landscape preferred.
  • Analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills required.

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Knowledge of financial markets with experience in a financial services organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong fixed and variable annuity product knowledge.
  • Demonstrated sales production with new and existing Financial Advisors is a plus.
