YOUR NEW ROLE

• Good Presentation skills and able to convey technical details in a business language and vice versa.
• A good team player able to collaborate seamlessly within and outside of the team
• Understand business’ needs and convert business questions into data trends to deep dive and answer the question. Quick learner to be able to understand data and business
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation for portfolio and product analytics.
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Challenge the status quo and ask the right questions
• Manage / work with stakeholders closely to understand the requirements
• Team player

• WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• At least 2+ years’ experience in data analytics related to financial services, banking or insurance
• Experience in Analytics team or role is must have
• Basic understanding of segmentation / modelling concepts is a plus
• Experience in handling high volumes of data 
• Work experience on Databricks /SQL/SAS
• Good to have - R or Python
• High levels of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Excel VBA (added adv.)
• Exposure to AI, aptitude to learn and explore new areas
