As an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics, you'll help shape how we understand and optimize marketing performance across the business, turning data into insights that drive smarter decisions and measurable growth. You'll partner with teams across Marketing and Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, refine measurement strategies, and uncover opportunities that improve customer engagement and business outcomes. From building reporting frameworks to supporting advanced attribution models, you'll play an important role in helping us understand how marketing investments drive long-term value. Your work will help teams make more informed decisions and strengthen the impact of our marketing initiatives.
What you'll do as an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics
- Work with a team of Marketing Analysts to monitor business and customer performance across marketing channels and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on key monetization metrics.
- Analyze marketing performance using statistical methods and support the design and enhancement of measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, surveys, and regression-based analyses.
- Partner closely with Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, align on key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that track the performance of key marketing initiatives and business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations through reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics and Marketing teams to ensure measurement approaches, analyses, and recommendations align with business goals.
- Support the ongoing evolution of marketing measurement capabilities by identifying new analytical approaches and opportunities to improve performance visibility.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or data science within a business-to-consumer environment.
- Experience working with SQL and Python or another statistical programming language.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and analytical methodologies used to evaluate marketing performance.
- Experience with statistical modeling, marketing attribution, or marketing measurement frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- An eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Skills Required
