¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Serás responsable de monitorear, analizar y gestionar alertas de seguridad para detectar posibles amenazas e incidentes, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y a la protección de los entornos tecnológicos de nuestros clientes. Trabajarás con distintas plataformas de ciberseguridad, aplicando procedimientos de análisis, priorización y escalamiento de eventos en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Principales responsabilidades
• Monitorear y analizar alertas de seguridad provenientes de plataformas SIEM, EDR, XDR, firewalls y otras herramientas de ciberseguridad.
• Ejecutar procesos de triage para clasificar eventos, identificar indicadores de compromiso (IOC), validar alertas y descartar falsos positivos.
• Gestionar múltiples eventos e incidentes simultáneamente, priorizando su atención según criticidad y severidad.
• Resolver incidentes de baja a mediana complejidad mediante procedimientos establecidos y escalar oportunamente aquellos que requieran intervención de niveles superiores.
• Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas de seguridad, sus integraciones y las fuentes de datos asociadas.
• Ejecutar y validar procedimientos de automatización SOAR/SIEM, identificando posibles errores y oportunidades de mejora.
• Gestionar y documentar tickets e incidentes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA y los procedimientos operativos del servicio.
• Participar en actividades de mejora continua, simulaciones y revisión de reglas de detección junto con los equipos especializados.
Requisitos excluyentes
- Titulados de Informática, Telemática, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o carreras afín.
- Contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia en monitoreo de eventos de seguridad y operación de plataformas de ciberseguridad.
- Inglés intermedio (será evaluado).
- Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos bajo modalidad 24/7, incluyendo jornadas diurnas, vespertinas y nocturnas.
Requisitos deseables
- Experiencia con plataformas SIEM como Splunk, FortiSIEM, QRadar o equivalentes.
- Conocimientos operacionales de soluciones EDR/XDR y herramientas de detección y respuesta ante amenazas.
- Conocimientos básicos de tecnologías de seguridad de fabricantes como Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco o Check Point.
- Conocimientos de respuesta a incidentes, análisis de alertas e identificación de indicadores de compromiso (IOC).
- Familiaridad con marcos y metodologías de ciberseguridad como NIST Cybersecurity Framework o MITRE ATT&CK.
- Contar con experiencia con herramientas de ticketing, gestión de incidentes y automatización mediante SOAR/SIEM.

Skills Required
- Degree in Informatics, Telematics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience monitoring security events and operating cybersecurity platforms
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including daytime, evening, and overnight shifts
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, FortiSIEM, QRadar, or equivalent
- Operational knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions and threat detection and response tools
