Principais atividades do cargo:
Realizar o processamento e a atualização de bases de dados para faturamento, garantindo a integridade das informações.
Analisar e tratar inconsistências identificadas em arquivos e documentos, realizando os devidos acompanhamentos.
Executar atividades relacionadas ao faturamento, controles financeiros e rotinas operacionais da área.
Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar relatórios, indicadores e controles de desempenho.
Prestar suporte a clientes internos e externos, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas aos processos de faturamento.
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e padrões de qualidade.
Requisitos e Qualificações
Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel.
Boa capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.
Organização e habilidade para lidar com grande volume de informações.
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
