Job Description

The Good Hands Rescue Network (GHRN) Onboarding Consultant I is responsible for supporting the onboarding process for candidates interested in joining GHRN. These responsibilities may include responding to inbound inquiries from interested candidates, reminding candidates about outstanding onboarding steps, and scheduling skills validation appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with candidates through proactive follow-up outreach to support their interest in joining the Good Hands Rescue Network.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals seeking information or assistance with the application process.
  • Guide qualified gig‑work candidates through the onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required steps efficiently and successfully.
  • Assess candidate roadside assistance tools and equipment to verify they meet established safety and performance standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule skills validation appointments for candidates progressing through the Good Hands Rescue Network onboarding process.
Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 53,500.00 - 84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.


When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
