As a key member of the Planning Integrated Supply Chain leadership team, the Senior Director drives enterprise-wide planning effectiveness by ensuring a common view of demand, risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs. The role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain leaders to improve forecast accuracy, increase organizational agility, and enable informed decision-making that balances growth, customer outcomes, profitability, inventory, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Demand Planning & Integrated Planning Leadership
Define the strategic vision, governance model, and operating framework for Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning across AIS.
Establish enterprise planning principles, standards, and performance expectations that drive consistency, transparency, and accountability across regions, business units, and functions.
Ensure alignment of long-range strategic plans, annual operating plans, demand forecasts, and execution priorities through an integrated planning approach.
Drive enterprise adoption of planning disciplines that support proactive decision-making and business performance management.
Serve as the senior advisor to executive leadership on demand, market trends, planning risks, and business implications.
Executive Business Performance & Decision Support
Lead executive planning reviews that facilitate timely decisions on business priorities, capacity, inventory, investment, and customer commitments.
Translate demand, supply, financial, and market signals into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
Develop scenario planning and risk assessment processes that allow leaders to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions under uncertainty.

Enterprise Forecasting & Demand Excellence

Lead the modernization of planning processes through advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and digital planning technologies.
Establish a multi-year roadmap that advances planning maturity and improves organizational responsiveness to changing market conditions.
Drive adoption of predictive insights and enhanced planning tools to improve decision quality and speed.
Partner with Digital and Analytics teams to strengthen planning data quality, visibility, and enterprise reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
Demonstrated experience in supply chain, planning, finance, or operations in a global organization
Deep expertise in IBP, S&OE, and integrated planning, with experience building and scaling enterprise capabilities
Proven experience leading and developing global teams, including leaders of leaders, with accountability for performance, capability building, and scaling organizational effectiveness across regions and functions
Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, including systems, analytics, and process standardization
Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide alignment without direct authority
Strong business and financial acumen, with experience linking operational plans to financial outcomes
Track record of improving enterprise performance (OTD, inventory, forecast accuracy, working capital) through capability building
Experience embedding Lean, governance, and operating disciplines at scale
Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
