In this role, you'll leverage AI-powered research, intent data, and intelligent automation to identify and engage decision-makers—allowing you to focus on what matters most: strategic outreach, relationship-building, and sales conversations.
You'll work in a modern, tech-forward environment where AI handles the heavy lifting on research and administration, and you’ll focus on strategy, qualification, and creative engagement. You'll be at the forefront of how AI and humans collaborate to build pipeline.
What You'll Do:

Focus on understanding prospect needs and positioning value before handoff to sales
Document learnings and qualification intel in CRM

Trial users and product-qualified leads
Execute strategic multi-channel outreach (email, phone calls) to drive meetings
Add engaged prospects to your call list or book directly onto your calendar
Balance warm-bounding activities with core prospecting work to maximize pipeline quality
Outbound Calls
Qualification Meetings

Demonstrated ability to manage a process independently and consistently hit targets
Track record of building prospect relationships and driving meetings
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes (or proven ability to learn quickly)
Skills & AttributesAI-Ready Mindset: You're comfortable learning and using new AI tools daily; no AI experience required, but genuine interest is essential
Data-Driven Thinker: You ask "why?" and test hypotheses; you make decisions based on data, not gut feel
Natural Communicator: You build genuine relationships; you're curious about prospects and their challenges, not just checking boxes
Self-Directed & Accountable: You thrive with autonomy, own your metrics, and take responsibility for results
Adaptable & Iterative: You embrace change, learn from experiments, and adjust tactics based on what works
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple workflows (calling, meetings, follow-ups) without dropping the ball
Technologically Fluent: You pick up new platforms quickly and problem-solve when tools don't work as expected
Communication & Work StyleExceptional written and verbal communication – clear, concise, and professional
Ability to personalize outreach at scale without sounding robotic
