An AI & Automation Intern will support our automation initiatives and work on various projects to optimize workflows, enhance operational processes, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency across our services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in the fast-growing technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions using AI tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Support the design and deployment of AI-enabled solutions to enhance business operations.
- Conduct data analysis and assist in the interpretation of results to inform automation strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative automation ideas.
- Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions effectively.
- Perform research on emerging technologies related to AI and automation.
- Provide support in testing and validating developed automation solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration (Technology & Operations), Information, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about AI technologies and automation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to automation tools or platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) is a plus.
- Exposure to Microsoft Cloud (e.g., Azure, Copilot Studio, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
