Manage SOW development, discovery workshops, migration planning (Azure, AVS, M365, VMware), project schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and post-migration stabilization.

The Senior Service Desk Analyst provides advanced technical support, mentors junior analysts, resolves escalated incidents, and enhances Service Desk processes while delivering customer service to internal and external clients.

Provide operational support and administration for managed Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, using Nerdio and IaC tools to automate deployments, monitor performance, remediate incidents, enforce security and compliance, maintain runbooks, assist DR testing, and serve as technical escalation and mentor for junior staff.
