Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of production ML and generative AI platforms on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Define MLOps, CI/CD, governance, observability, retrieval/LLM patterns, security, cost controls, and operational handoff. Work with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements, defend tradeoffs, and ensure systems run unattended in production.

Build and operationalize Microsoft Fabric-first MLOps platforms: create governed workspaces, reusable batch and forecasting pipelines, CI/CD for notebooks, orchestration, data quality gates, identity-based unattended execution, versioning, monitoring, and runbooks to hand off production-ready, reproducible ML workloads to client teams.

Manage full software deployment lifecycle: install/configure/upgrade applications and infrastructure, coordinate releases with developers, automate deployments, test post-deployment, monitor and troubleshoot systems, escalate issues, and maintain deployment documentation and playbooks.

Lead end-to-end cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs using PMI/Waterfall practices. Manage SOW development, discovery workshops, migration planning (Azure, AVS, M365, VMware), project schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and post-migration stabilization.

Lead design and implementation of Identity and M&A migration projects (Active Directory, Entra, M365, tenant-to-tenant, cross-forest, third-party systems). Act as technical escalation point, deliver billable engagements, mentor team members, drive standards adoption, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies, and collaborate with PMO for project delivery.

Provide operational support and incident remediation for managed Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Administer Nerdio and Citrix tooling, automate deployments with IaC, monitor and improve performance and security, enforce GPOs and baselines, participate in DR activities, create runbooks/documentation, and serve as a technical escalation and mentor for junior teams while collaborating with architects and clients to meet SLAs.

Identify, prospect, and qualify net-new Mid-market and Enterprise opportunities focused on Security, AI, and IT solutions. Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), book qualified meetings for Sales Executives, engage executive decision-makers, and hit monthly lead-generation targets while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams.

Provide operational coverage for enterprise infrastructure and Azure-based digital transformation. Support PowerMax storage, SFTP/FTP, scheduled file transfers, firewall changes, incident response, and hybrid on-prem/Azure environments. Administer and troubleshoot Azure services (AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, Monitor, Sentinel), maintain documentation and runbooks, and participate in disaster recovery, security, and after-hours support.

Lead end-to-end Azure infrastructure engagements: design, implement, validate, document, and transition environments to managed services. Use Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected principles, perform migrations with Azure Migrate, ensure security, resiliency, operational readiness, automate via IaC, troubleshoot complex issues, and enable knowledge transfer for managed services.
