Designs and sells complex managed services solutions while developing scalable service offerings, pricing models, documentation, standards, and enablement assets. Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, proposals, negotiations, deal governance, vendor alignment, and presales-to-delivery handoffs. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, clients, and technology providers to ensure profitable, contractually sound, and operationally ready services across cloud, infrastructure, security, end-user computing, data protection, service management, and AI-enabled technologies.

Build and operate Microsoft Fabric and Azure data and machine learning platforms for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include workspace governance, data pipelines, CI/CD, orchestration, data quality gates, identity and secrets management, versioning, monitoring, model operationalization, Power BI integration, and client handoff documentation. The role requires production data platform engineering experience, scheduled ML workload deployment, strong Python and SQL, Azure security expertise, and collaboration with distributed US-based delivery teams.

Provide operational support and incident remediation for managed Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Administer Nerdio and Citrix tooling, automate deployments with IaC, monitor and improve performance and security, enforce GPOs and baselines, participate in DR activities, create runbooks/documentation, and serve as a technical escalation and mentor for junior teams while collaborating with architects and clients to meet SLAs.

Identify, prospect, and qualify net-new Mid-market and Enterprise opportunities focused on Security, AI, and IT solutions. Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), book qualified meetings for Sales Executives, engage executive decision-makers, and hit monthly lead-generation targets while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams.

Lead end-to-end Azure infrastructure engagements: design, implement, validate, document, and transition environments to managed services. Use Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected principles, perform migrations with Azure Migrate, ensure security, resiliency, operational readiness, automate via IaC, troubleshoot complex issues, and enable knowledge transfer for managed services.

Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of production ML and generative AI platforms on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Define MLOps, CI/CD, governance, observability, retrieval/LLM patterns, security, cost controls, and operational handoff. Work with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements, defend tradeoffs, and ensure systems run unattended in production.

Lead end-to-end cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs using PMI/Waterfall practices. Manage SOW development, discovery workshops, migration planning (Azure, AVS, M365, VMware), project schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and post-migration stabilization.

Lead design and implementation of Identity and M&A migration projects (Active Directory, Entra, M365, tenant-to-tenant, cross-forest, third-party systems). Act as technical escalation point, deliver billable engagements, mentor team members, drive standards adoption, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies, and collaborate with PMO for project delivery.
