Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Program Manager for Cloudvirga, a part of the Stewart family of companies. Central to our information technology organization, this role will help facilitate and organize processes for our development teams in order to deliver high quality solutions. You will work closely with team members to keep projects on schedule while facilitating continuous improvement so that the teams meet their objectives consistently.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the oversight of the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to implementation for teams with moderate to high complexity and/or impact
  • Regarded as technical expert within discipline
  • Recommends improvements to product, process or service
  • Works within general functional policies and industry guidelines
  • Impacts direction of program, project or services
  • Solves unique problems with broad impact
  • Develops creative solutions through conceptual and innovative thinking
  • Communicates complex ideas across functions and levels
  • Individual contributor working independently; only requires guidance in highly complex situations
  • Track KPI's and metrics to help team deliver high-quality products and solutions on time
  • Facilitate team meetings and assist team members in managing their work effectively
  • Coaching the team on self-organization and optimal performance to increase collaboration and delivery
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to improve visibility and clarity about the teams work
  • Resolving conflicts within the team and promoting constructive disagreement
  • Removing impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
  • 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of agile scrum principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
