We are seeking a results-driven Local After-Sales Finance Manager to oversee the full financial operations of three automotive after-sales service centers in Nigeria. You will establish standardized, time-bound financial controls covering revenue settlement, procurement compliance, cash management, and reporting, ensuring zero tolerance for delayed closures, unchecked prepayments, or unaccounted cash flows.

 Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Settlement & WIP Control

Procurement & Payment Compliance
  • Review parts procurement requests and payment workflows; control prepayment ratios and ensure strict "3-way matching" of Purchase Order, GRN, and supplier invoice.
  • Maintain a centralized supplier payment ledger with built-in duplicate-check controls to prevent duplicate payments and ensure all expenditures comply with company authorization policies.
Cash & Banking Oversight
  • Manage local bank accounts across all sites; monitor daily cash flows, match incoming remittances to revenue sources promptly, and safeguard fund security.
  • Regulate cash collections, petty cash, and deposit schedules; conduct periodic cash counts to eliminate misappropriation risks and ensure book-to-bank alignment.
Financial Reporting & Audit Support
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly site financial reports covering revenue settlement, procurement, cash position, and variance analysis in a consolidated, data-backed format.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete financial records, supporting documents, and approval trails; provide requested documentation within 24 hours.

Team Management & Internal Controls
  • Lead, train, and appraise site accountants; establish standardized SOPs and strict deadline-driven performance standards to overcome operational delays.
  • Identify and escalate financial fraud risks and control gaps; enforce zero-tolerance policies on unauthorized payments, off-system collections, and data manipulation.
