Job Description – HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter – Non-IT who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment (70%) along with HR operations support (30%). The candidate should have strong experience in sales and field-force hiring and a stable career background.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment for sales and field roles (FC, ASM, Sales Executives, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
Ensure quality hiring with low attrition
HR Operations (30%)
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Documentation and employee records maintenance
Coordination with payroll and attendance teams
Handling basic employee queries
Exit formalities support and data updates
Required Experience & Skills:
Min 5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
Strong experience in sales hiring / field-force hiring
Exposure to retail, healthcare, BFSI, telecom, or similar sectors
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
Candidate Profile (Mandatory):
Stable career profile (no frequent job changes)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Comfortable with volume hiring and operational support
Practical, execution-focused recruiter (not IT background)
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in sales and field-force hiring (FC, ASM, Sales Executives)
- Experience with volume, bulk, and lateral hiring
- Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting)
- Experience maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
- Experience supporting onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Coordination experience with payroll and attendance teams
- Experience handling exit formalities and employee data updates
- Exposure to retail, healthcare, BFSI, telecom, or similar sectors
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
