Who are we looking for?   

We are seeking motivated graduates to join our Advisory - Asset Management team in our Toronto office. If you are passionate about asset management, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a team delivering impactful solutions for clients, we encourage you to apply. As a Graduate Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts on a range of asset management projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and consulting skills, contribute to meaningful client outcomes, and be supported through ongoing learning and development programmes.

Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

•    Primarily a project delivery role within Asset Management (EC), working closely with senior staff to carry out professional service tasks of appropriate scope and complexity.
•    Contribute to the delivery of a variety of asset management and advisory projects, supporting the team in expanding GHD Advisory’s market presence.
•    Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of work for the Group in alignment with the business plan, under the direction of Capability Leaders.
•    Foster strong client relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and encourage repeat business through quality service delivery.
•    Provide technical input on projects, contribute to the preparation of tenders and proposals, and support the development of innovative solutions for clients.
 

What you will bring to the team:

•    A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•    Genuine interest in asset management and advisory services.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 

The salary range for this position is $61000 - $67000.  The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
