Team Overview
The International Fraud team supports the TransUnion Digital Onboarding product suite and collaborates with product delivery teams and regional partners across Latin America. The team helps address regional requirements and client needs through technically sound, scalable, and timely solutions. This role reports to the Principal Pre-Sale Technical Consulting. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Onboarding products and components, providing technical guidance during pre-sales and initial implementation activities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to understand client requirements and provide technical input during client engagements.
- Design and document integration solutions that align client requirements with regional capabilities and product functionality.
- Lead and participate in solution-design sessions to establish alignment between client expectations and available product capabilities.
- Deliver solution and technical demonstrations to internal teams and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts to improve and streamline documentation for complex implementations.
- Provide internal delivery teams with design clarifications and maintain continuity from solution design through implementation.
- Hand off approved designs to implementation teams and provide technical support during client onboarding.
- Validate final product configurations and document relevant product limitations.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, client business and technology teams, and vendors to investigate issues, support implementation reporting and analytics, and ensure documentation reflects implemented solutions and best practices.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- A university degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of overall professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, pre-sales, or customer success.
- Experience supporting both pre-sales solution definition and post-sales technical enablement or implementation activities.
- Experience leading client conversations or technical design sessions, using active listening to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Technology, and Implementation teams in an Agile or similarly collaborative environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating across multiple teams and geographic regions.
- Strong knowledge of fraud and identity verification solutions and how they support client onboarding.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and system-integration concepts.
- Ability to design and document technical integration solutions based on client requirements.
- Understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) considerations relevant to solution design and implementation.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations and explain product functionality to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to validate product configurations, integration designs, and documented limitations.
- Experience working for a technology, identity, fraud, or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider.
- Experience in financial services or a related industry.
- Experience supporting technology implementations or customer-success activities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond direct project participation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.
