Job Overview

As a Advanced Software Engineer, your primary mission will be to design, write, test, deploy, and support our Relativity cloud (Azure) software products in .NET/C#. You will work in a scrum team collaborating with other members of the engineering team and business stakeholders to support the development of products, features and services that drive and evolve our RelativityOne platform.

Job Description and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend or platform software engineering 

  • 1+ years working with cloud-native technologies in Azure, AWS, or GCP 

  • Strong coding skills in C#, .NET 

  • Solid understanding of database fundamentals, data modeling, and distributed systems principles 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) 

  • Experience working on systems that operate at scale in regulated or mission-critical environments 

  • Contributions to platform-level or multi-team architectural efforts 

  • Experience supporting production systems and participating in incident resolution 

  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field 

  • Experience with structured storage formats and systems such as Parquet, Delta Lake, or columnar data stores  

  • Familiarity with distributed SQL or NewSQL databases (e.g., CockroachDB, TiDB, Fauna)

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

146,000 and 218,000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
