Owns strategic DACH enterprise accounts and the full sales cycle for a SaaS platform. Monitor health scores and adoption signals, proactively remediate risks, maintain Gainsight records, and collaborate with Sales and Adoption Services. Create scalable customer programs, including digital communications, trainings, and resources, while using AI tools to improve outreach, analyze usage patterns, and develop ROI narratives. Document experiments and contribute insights to customer success playbooks.

The Staff Systems Administrator will lead endpoint architecture strategy, security baselines, cross-functional delivery, and operational excellence, while overseeing technical escalation for complex issues.

Plans and executes internal, client, and executive events across global workplace locations. Supports facilities and workplace operations, manages event and catering vendors, gathers employee feedback, delivers white-glove customer service, coordinates cross-functional partners, improves workplace processes, and trains global operations counterparts.
