Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for the sales team for order execution related escalations on Non Listed items
- Plan & process billing and delivery for the set of products or sub region including inventory check, reservation, timely billing and adhering to 606 Revenue Norms for delivery and Installation
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations & regulatory requirements
- Own backlog management for NL Planning collaborating with internal stake holders
- Maintain accurate documentation of the order, in line with contract, billing and related compliance requirements
- Own closure of partial and concession shipment for the order.
- Monitor Inventory levels
Technical Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations role with at least 4 years in Non Listed items procurement
- Advanced Excel skills
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Lean & Six sigma basic knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving within guidance
