我们正在推进制造端的数字化与智能化升级，将 AI 能力（视觉检测、大模型、Agent、数据挖掘，工业互联IOT等）融入供应链与生产运营场景，需要一位既懂技术实现、又理解制造业业务逻辑的核心成员，从 0 到 1 推动 AI 及数字化场景落地。
你将负责什么
AI 场景落地：将 AI 能力（视觉、大模型、Agent 等）应用到实际制造/供应链业务中，完成从 POC 到生产部署的完整闭环 系统开发与迭代： 参与或主导内部数字化工具（MES/ERP/WMS 相关模块）的设计、开发、测试与部署 跨部门项目推进：与工艺、品质、供应链等业务团队对接需求，主导或参与跨部门数字化项目的全流程交付 技术选型与架构：参与技术方案设计，推动现有系统的技术栈演进与优化

扎实的编程基础，精通以下至少一种语言的全栈开发能力：

Skills Required
- Proficient full-stack development in at least one: Java, Python, or C#
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and mainstream frameworks; complete project delivery experience
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying MES/ERP/WMS related modules
- Strong cross-functional communication and familiarity with agile/project management processes
- High self-drive; ability to define problems and drive solutions under ambiguous requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Intelligent Manufacturing, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
- Practical AI experience (computer vision, large-model development/fine-tuning, agent development, data annotation, data mining)
- Manufacturing background: understanding of supply chain management or factory operations
- Lean/6Sigma or quality methods experience
- Knowledge of industrial internet / IoT and intelligent manufacturing technologies
- Familiarity with MES, ERP, WMS systems (usage or development)
- Project leadership experience delivering cross-functional complex projects
- Full lifecycle digital project experience and tools: Git, Confluence, Linux, Docker, Coding Agent
