About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in West Kensington Branch You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager
  • Ensuring office supplies and stationery are ordered and stock levels maintained
  • Ordering Uniform, PPE and Operatives ID badges
  • Fleet administration, ensuring there are correct permits are in place for the van parking, booking in services and MOT and making sure there is a temporary van for operatives to use
  • Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email
  • Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Support the team with scheduling, record-keeping, and general administration

Key Criteria

  • Previous Administration experience
  • IT Literate with the use of Microsoft package
  • Good Written and Verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience in social housing
