H2 Health is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our rehabilitation team at our Honda Contract clinic located within the Watson Wellness Center in Marysville, Ohio.

This position emphasizes patient coordination and front-office operations while also providing support to our physical therapists with patient care activities. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment, and is interested in growing with our team for the long term.

About the Clinic

Our outpatient orthopedic clinic primarily serves Honda associates and their family members, providing high-quality rehabilitation services in a modern wellness center. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment where exceptional patient care and teamwork are top priorities. While this position is based in Marysville, occasional travel to our East Liberty and Anna clinics may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Your Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will help ensure both the administrative and clinical sides of the practice run smoothly.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Answer phones and coordinate communication with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Assist with insurance verification and patient registration
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records
  • Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment
  • Assist physical therapists with patient flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office & clinical environment
  • Inventory and order office & clinical supplies
  • Assist with other clinic support duties as needed
  • Manage a number of databases that track census, patient satisfaction and functional outcomes. Assist with presenting data to leadership.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Comfortable assisting patients with therapeutic exercises under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Exercise Science coursework or degree is helpful but not required
  • Previous medical office, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
