Cincinnati Works is a nonprofit organization focused on eliminating poverty through employment. It partners with people living in poverty to advance toward economic self-sufficiency through personalized career and financial coaching, job-search assistance, skills training, and ongoing support. The organization also works with employers to strengthen workplace skills, improve employee retention, and build a stronger, more inclusive workforce throughout the Cincinnati community.
