POSITION SUMMARY


The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Arkansas facility. This position supports daily office operations, manages communications, coordinates projects and meetings, and maintains confidentiality while ensuring a professional and organized work environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Serve as receptionist by answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and leadership presentations, including PowerPoint materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and special activities as requested.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to obtain information and support operational needs.
  • Maintain and update reports, schedules, and administrative tracking documents.
  • Process onboarding paperwork and assist with new hire administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure document control and confidentiality standards are met.
  • Support problem resolution by assisting in data collection, report preparation, and administrative coordination.
  • Conduct research for special projects and provide administrative recommendations as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange meeting facilities and materials.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and uniforms.
  • Greet and assist scheduled visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office housekeeping standards to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


  • Associate degree (AAS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or one (1) to two (2) years of related customer-focused administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass required.

 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS


Ability to read and interpret documents and compose routine reports and correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interact professionally with customers and employees.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS


Ability to apply basic mathematical principles to administrative tasks.


REASONING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS


Ability to apply sound judgment in carrying out written and oral instructions and resolving routine administrative issues.


COMPUTER SKILLS

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS


  • This is an on-site position; regular attendance during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) is required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
