Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Chairman, acting as a strategic partner. The role requires 30%–40% travel and executive-level reporting on risk, compliance, and performance.

Executive leader responsible for global supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, material handling, transportation, and supplier performance supporting aviation MRO, defense, and field operations. Develops strategy, manages KPIs, inventory controls, HAZMAT, reverse logistics, freight relationships, regulatory compliance, government property traceability, and secure defense hardware processes. Leads cross-functional teams, negotiates with carriers and suppliers, and travels 30%–40% to support operations.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, job description development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding support. Builds talent pipelines through agencies, schools, military offices, job fairs, and career events. Maintains ATS accuracy, monitors recruiting metrics, ensures employment-law compliance, manages recruiting vendors, and promotes company culture throughout the hiring process.

Oversee facility security for aviation MRO programs, serve as Facility Security Officer, manage classified program compliance (DoD/FAA/NISP), lead insider-threat, OPSEC/COMSEC and ITAR controls, manage clearances and DISS/SF86 processing, prepare audits, maintain SCIFs/secure areas, deliver security training, and coordinate visitor/access/vendor vetting.
