Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) is a non-profit, federally designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) founded in 1975. TOSA is committed to saving lives through the power of organ donation by providing organ donation and recovery services to Central and South Texans, guiding grieving families through the donation process, and providing clinical services to recover, prepare, and transport organs for transplantation.
