You'll play a key role supporting our operations team across administration, finance and workforce coordination activities.
No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from onboarding and mobilisation to finance administration, reporting and operational support.
You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, the support of an experienced team, and opportunities to broaden your skills across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate onboarding, site inductions, PPE and mobilisation requirements for new employees.
- Process invoices, expense claims and support accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Raise purchase orders, sales orders and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with reporting, spreadsheet management and general finance administration tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administration support across the business, including travel bookings and office coordination.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, finance administration or office support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude with strong communication and organisational skills.
