- Provide day-to-day administrative support within the Freight Office.
- Process freight documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Manage data entry and linehaul manifesting activities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Prepare, update and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage email correspondence and calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
- Process carrier and agent payment reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Ensure all administration activities comply with Team Global Express policies, procedures and audit requirements.
- Assist with operational reporting and compliance activities.
- Provide reception support when required.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to support daily freight movements.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous administration experience, ideally within transport, logistics or freight operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with transport management systems or similar databases (Toll Works or similar highly regarded).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
