As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our claims teams by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating claim activities and booking medical appointments to organising travel, investigations and interpreter services, you’ll be the one making sure no detail is missed.
 

You’ll liaise with providers to gather reports and clinical notes, keep claim records up to date, and prepare accurate, professional documentation that supports our work every step of the way.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in either our Sydney or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support claims teams by coordinating and progressing claim activities.

  • Arrange appointments, travel and accommodation for injured workers as needed.

  • Liaise with providers to obtain clinical notes, reports and other required information.

  • Organise medical investigations, police reports and interpreter services.

  • Maintain accurate claim records and prepare supporting documentation and correspondence.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying organised.

  • Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative, diverse team environment.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to queries and follow-ups.

  • Solid data entry experience, with a focus on accuracy and maintaining confidential information would be highly regarded.
