Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and running our Hong Kong Warehouse smoothly, skilled in managing day-to-day activities, enjoys interacting with co-workers/vendors (in Hong Kong and our other global offices) and knowledgeable in Hong Kong employment laws requirement. You will be responsible for ensuring we provide a great working environment that empowers our team.

What You Can Do for Us
Office Management & Admin
- Manage general office maintenance, facilities management and ensuring office is functioning smoothly in a clean, neat, tidy, and welcoming conditions
- Manage and replenish office supplies as needed such as stationery, groceries etc.
- Procurement of IT equipment/accessories (including maintenance of asset list)
- Keep updated to Health & Safety law and implement safety measurements at workplace
- Travel arrangement for guests/colleagues (Flight / Hotel / Restaurant booking)
- Supporting finance invoices/data consolidation and making payment for invoices
- Take lead in any Company event, office planning, renovation project (if any)
- Supervise Inhouse Cleaner to maintain warehouse in clean, neat, tidy condition
- Monitor Petty Cash usage and update report
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Human Resource
- Day to day point of contact for employee in Hong Kong for any HR matters
- Plan, prepare and conduct new hire onboarding/offboarding
- Administer company policies and procedures
- Serve as HR partner to advised APAC HR on Hong Kong policies and compliance to regulations
- Partnering with APAC HR on any HR related initiatives and project
- Align and draft email announcement on HR/Admin matters to Hong Kong Office
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of generalist Human Resource with Office/Warehouse Management experience with minimum 1-year of supervisory experience
- Well versed knowledge in Hong Kong Labor Laws, MPF, Privacy Ordinance and other legislations
- Fluent in verbal communication and written skills
- Experience in MNC environment or regional exposure would be an advantage
- A positive, open-minded, energetic, with can-do attitude
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Proficient with standard business tools (Email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.)
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality and compliance
- Good vendor management (vendors, building management, insurance broker, etc)
