POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the HR Department including the maintenance of HR System, organizational charts, people movement records, P file records and other statistical reports. Assit in supporting key HR processes like associate development, performance management, salary planning, recruiting, vendor management and any other areas requiring human resources support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitor and maintain an updated and accurate HR system Workday
• Support C&B functions including but not limited to Payroll, Taxation, MPF and medical administration
• Support annual salary rounds, promotions/salary adjustments, as appropriate, in accordance with rewards processes
• Work closely with entire HR team in driving the implementation of company-wide/regional objectives and programs together with supervisor and Director of HR
• Assist in VISA renewal, scholarship application and service award arrangement
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

- Creates procedures to improve operation efficiency
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience:
- Higher Diploma or above; preferably in Human Resources or related discipline;
- 2 to 3 years work experience in the field of HR preferred (MNC experience is advantageous)
Skills:
- Good multi-tasking skills, independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative;
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with various functions;
- Customer oriented, approachable, detail-minded, good team player and strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience to work in a dynamic and matrix structure;
- MS-Office skills, HRIS experience preferred;
- Fluent English (written and oral); Mandarin will be a plus.
