Responsibilities:
- Provide support for on/off-boarding, other employee lifecycle and day-to-day human resources operations;
- Process and handle benefits administration works;
- Support implementation and changes in HR policies & procedures;
- Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
- Coordinate with Headquarters and local office for various HR programs;
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Detail minded, organized and good time management skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
