Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, utilities, and stationery.
- Coordinate administrative procurement from requirement and quotation to approval, delivery, and invoice processing.
- Manage vendors and service providers, including follow-ups, renewals, and issue resolution.
- Maintain records of assets, inventory, vendors, contracts, and administrative expenses.
- Handle employee administrative requirements such as workstations, access cards, seating, and office facilities.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal activities.
- Maintain administrative trackers, documentation, invoices, and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration/facilities.
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
