Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Executive to join our Facilities and Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office administrative operations, managing vendor relations, assisting with financial and human resources processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. You will join a dedicated operational support team focused on maintaining an efficient, safe, and positive workplace environment for all employees.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Oversee Daily Operations and Procurement: Manage day-to-day office administrative activities, inventory, and vendor operations—including processing Purchase Service Requisitions (PSR) and Purchase Orders (PO)—to maintain a seamless work environment.
Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Safety, and Security teams to assist with employee onboarding, record management, basic financial administrative tasks, and workplace engagement events.
Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Guarantee all site operations adhere to statutory regulations and organizational policies while delivering accurate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2–5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong knowledge of office management software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven ability in problem-solving, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
Skills Required
