The Omnichannel Support and Administrative team is hiring an Acting Administrativee Support for a 12 month assignment
As an Administrative Support you will be responsible for meeting the administrative and support needs of various divisions of BCAA. This team completes a variety of administrative activities, including the processing of new applications, record changes, data integrity, reconciliations and auto travel production and services.

What you’ll do
-
Handle applications through direct mail, campaigns, promotions and other miscellaneous applications

Handle account changes, endorsements, refunds, cancellations and claims
-
Create daily, weekly and month end reporting
-
Maintenance and reconciliation of Membership Entitlement Product and Auto and Travel statistics and support

Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
-
Mail distribution, courier arrangements and reconciliation (IE returned mail)
-
In situations of staff shortage, high volumes or vacations responsible to fill in on other team member’s area of responsibilities including Auto and Travel
What you bring
-
Minimum 12 month post secondary education
-
At least 2 years of experience in business administration and customer service experience
-
Established and demonstrative cash balancing, reconciliation and reporting skills
-
Intermediate computer skills with the MS office suite of products

Light physical duties Ability to lift and carry 20lb boxes and occasional standing and bending

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of BCAA products, services and system
The salary range for this position is $45,406.32 to $56,757.84 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
