Develop and support Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. Configure applications, develop integrations, review technical designs and code, troubleshoot defects, support testing and production stabilization, and promote secure, scalable engineering practices. The role also contributes to cloud migration, development standards, observability, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with architecture, security, DevOps, QA, business, and vendor teams.

Leads quality assurance automation for Guidewire-based insurance technology solutions. Designs and maintains scalable test frameworks, develops functional, regression, performance, and load tests, and expands automated coverage. Analyzes requirements, troubleshoots test environments, supports production root-cause analysis, and advocates quality engineering practices. Collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, evaluates testing tools, mentors junior staff, and contributes to continuous improvement and project delivery.

Coordinates end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers, candidate communications, and recruitment data management. Supports finance-focused testing for BCAA’s Guidewire Cloud migration. Executes BAT, SIT, regression, integration, and end-to-end accounting process validation across Guidewire, Epicor, and related systems. Documents and retests defects, validates reports, reconciliations, interfaces, journal entries, and financial outputs, and supports cutover, go-live readiness, stabilization, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

Advise customers on insurance products, issue and renew policies, recommend coverage, process payments and policy changes, and manage customer accounts and documentation. Collaborate with support teams and underwriting, meet sales and productivity goals, follow underwriting guidelines, maintain licensing requirements, and develop expertise toward potential team leadership.

Lead quality assurance strategy and execution across web, mobile, API, and mobility platforms. Develop manual and automated tests using Tricentis Tosca, manage defects, assess release readiness, support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and improve automation coverage. Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation.
