Assess customer needs, recommend coverage, collaborate with underwriting and support teams, process payments and documentation, meet sales and productivity targets, maintain licensing and industry training, and progress toward team lead responsibilities.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Support finance-focused testing for a Guidewire cloud migration: execute BAT, participate in SIT and regression testing, validate end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, reports and interfaces across Guidewire and Epicor, document defects and retests, support cutover and go-live readiness, and maintain testing governance artifacts for auditability.

Provide second-line support and maintenance for AWS-based cloud-native backend systems. Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, reprocess failed transactions, implement backend enhancements, build monitoring/alerting, participate in deployments, QA and documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve reliability and scalability.

Analyze digital customer journeys using GA4, Glassbox, VoC and surveys to identify friction and opportunities. Synthesize insights, define success metrics, validate data collection, coordinate testing and post-launch monitoring, and partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement CX improvements that increase conversion, engagement, accessibility, and member satisfaction.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation. Collaborate with senior actuaries on research, predictive modeling, and decision support while progressing through CAS exams.

Support and administer People & Culture programs including recognition, engagement, surveys, onboarding/offboarding, and employer awards. Deliver survey design, reporting, dashboards, and program improvements. Provide HR advisory, respond to employee inquiries, maintain records, coordinate events, and support health & safety initiatives, inspections, and committee activities. Produce presentations and metrics to inform leaders and ensure policy compliance and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Drive market and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, business cases, and integration planning. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations). Deliver enhancements, perform code reviews, use CI/CD and source control, troubleshoot issues, run testing and collaborate with stakeholders to align the platform with business needs.

Manage BCAAs social media presence: handle real-time customer service and community management, publish and optimize content, maintain the content calendar, analyze performance and KPIs, report insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure governance, risk and compliance across social channels.
