Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and operational procurement activities, develop complex bid documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ), manage vendor relationships and contracts, oversee purchase orders and fleet procurement, drive process improvements, provide training and procurement guidance, and report savings and supplier performance to senior management.

Drive insurance sales and client relationships by recommending and issuing BCAA insurance products, processing renewals, endorsements and payments, and collaborating with underwriting and support teams. Meet sales and productivity goals, maintain licensing and industry knowledge, participate in training, and progress toward team lead or people leader responsibilities.

Lead BCAA's customer experience transformation by using customer insights, journey mapping, and data to identify and prioritize improvements. Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and frontline teams to design and implement omnichannel, AI/automation, telephony, and digital self-service solutions. Define success metrics, manage cross-functional delivery, drive adoption, and coach a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders to build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, use data and ATS tools to measure outcomes, represent employer brand externally, drive strategic TA projects, mentor colleagues, and improve recruitment processes.

Sell and service home and general insurance products, build trusting client relationships, meet sales and productivity goals, process policy transactions, collaborate with underwriting and support teams, maintain licensing and industry knowledge, and progress toward team lead roles.

As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation. Collaborate with senior actuaries on research, predictive modeling, and decision support while progressing through CAS exams.

Analyze digital customer journeys using GA4, Glassbox, VoC and surveys to identify friction and opportunities. Synthesize insights, define success metrics, validate data collection, coordinate testing and post-launch monitoring, and partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement CX improvements that increase conversion, engagement, accessibility, and member satisfaction.
