Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As an AR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and managing collections. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a drive to meet deadlines.

This position will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and managing collections. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a drive to meet deadlines.
What you'll do...
- Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all customer payments are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Processing invoices within the Suite Billing module in NetSuite to and issuing them to customers, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.
- Performing collections activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Utilizing Oracle NetSuite to record transactions, generate reports, and analyze financial data.
- Collaborating with other members of the finance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Process and apply deposits both by mail and automatic ACH.
- Work closely with the Controller to run routine reports and audits.
- Perform regular audits of the subscription data to ensure correct licensing data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
What you offer us...
- 2-4 years SaaS AR experience
- Highly proficient with accounting software + Google Suite + Microsoft Office
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong business acumen
- A high degree of comfort with technology
- Excellent communication skills
- A high degree of integrity to handle confidential information and/or assignments
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness and desire to take initiative
What we offer you...
- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
