About The Opportunity
We are looking for an AR specialist who will in large part be assisting with collections and working with large corporate clients with their invoicing needs. You will be working directly with contacts, as well as in third party portals to submit invoices. You will work with other AR team members, Sales and client support teams. You may assist with processing receivables and reconciling deposits. You may also assist with some AP related tasks, such as employee reimbursements.
The Impact You Will Make
- Collect on assigned past due accounts
- Pull and manage data to create corporate client invoices using both Excel and Adobe
- Submit invoices into 3 rd party portals, such as Coupa or Ariba
- Follow up with clients with any updates or corrections as necessary
- Coordinate with Sales and client support teams for invoice requirements
- Assist with other accounting tasks, such as payment processing/deposit reconciliations as appropriate
What You Bring to the Table
- You must have good excel skills with pivot table experience
- Detail oriented--with focus on balance and accuracy
- 1+ years of AR experience
- Reconcile accounts with the client as requested
- Be professional in your communication with clients
- Be a team player working well with other departments

The hourly range for this position is below:
Illinois: $19.50 - $28/hr
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
