Title of Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Fairless Hills, PA (Fully On-Site)

Position Essential Responsibilities:
- Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software
- Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets
- Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures
- Vendor setup
- Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries
- Research accrued items not matched to an invoice
- Assist in monthly closings
Qualifications Required:
- Willing to undergo a credit check
- Hard-working and dependable
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)
- General understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to learn industry-specific software
- Experience with ERP software a plus
Physical Demands

- Stand/sit for long periods of time.
- Lift 20 pounds on occasion
- Use hands/fingers to type and move office objects
- Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
- See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and far distances
