The role requires outdoor work in varied conditions, physical concrete handling, flexible and extended hours, night and Saturday work, regional travel, and supervision of QC activities.

Handles inbound sales inquiries, web leads, small orders, quotes, and customer accounts for concrete and related materials. Coordinates order entry with dispatch and logistics, supports outside sales, provides product guidance, resolves delivery and billing issues, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, and develops repeat business through follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling. Also monitors market conditions and collaborates with marketing on digital lead generation.
