Main tasks & responsibilities
- booking of incoming invoices
- debt collection activities (communication with customers and vendors)
- maintain vendor master data (address, bank details, e-mail etc.)
- VAT calculation
- administrative work
- working in SAP, AS400, CargoWise1
- entering exchange rate changes
- booking of bank statements
Main requirements
- min. high school education; BA would be considered as advantage
- min. 3 years of previous working experience in Accounting
- good command of English language (both spoken and written)
- willingness to learn as a must
- teamwork
- active MS Office package user
- SAP experience welcomed
- accountant certificate
