Job DescriptionThe Account Specialist role is a hybrid role focused on sales, account management, and service. You will work in a team environment responsible for managing, retaining, and driving revenue growth within existing client relationships. You will be our client liaison partnering with multiple internal departments including: ClientCare, Billing, Product, Technical Support, and Implementation.
You will report to Senior Manager of Vertical and Middle Markets Sales.
- Resolve inbound client inquiries.
- Make outbound phone calls and email to existing clients
- Enhance existing client relationships by focusing on service needs, research, and special projects.
- Provide product training to clients to ensure use of Experian services.
- Identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor and understand client usage behaviors to identify and address new trends.
- Initiate and obtain required documentation to implement product or service changes related to security, credentialing, data reporting, and legislative requirements.
- 2+ years of previous customer facing and sales experience.
- High school Diploma required.
- Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a CRM environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
