What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accounts
- Lead complex, multi-country sales cycles from qualification to close
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless handoff to Services and Customer Success teams
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at leading research sites and site networks
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding operational challenges and aligning Veeva solutions to drive measurable outcomes
- Partner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap direction
- Represent the needs, nuances, and feedback of European sites within internal planning and GTM discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account strategies, proposal development, and deal execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise or complex sales experience within clinical research, life sciences technology, or healthcare SaaS
- Direct experience working with clinical research sites or selling technology/services directly to sites
- Strong knowledge of the European clinical research market and key regional differences
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling to executive-level stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle
Nice to Have
- Experience selling solutions that span multiple countries or regulatory environments
- Background in clinical research sites or site networks
- Familiarity with Veeva’s Site Solutions or broader clinical ecosystem
- Fluency in one or more European languages
