Job summary
Working as part of a high-performing and collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and availability of our hotel portfolio, ensuring optimal performance across your assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Renegotiate commercial conditions with hotel partners to maximise availability, competitiveness, promotional offers, and best available rates, ensuring accurate and effective system loading
- Leverage data and insights from company dashboards to prioritise actions and drive product performance
- Secure new offers and additional availability directly from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate implementation in the system
- Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager, sharing insights and strategies to drive efficient and high-quality outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned hotel partners through proactive, daily communication
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial, contracting, or account management role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or e-commerce
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive competitive commercial conditions and influence partners
- High level of analytical capability, with confidence using data to make decisions and prioritise actions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on revenue growth, performance optimisation, and problem-solving
- Good understanding of distribution systems, pricing, and inventory management (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
