Job Description
Join our powerful and diverse team at Jellyfish as an Account Manager and contribute to our global network of experienced individuals who are dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other through exceptional client management. You will be reporting to the Client Partner, you will create impact within our Client management capability.
We are seeking someone who can effectively lead discussions about the solutions we provide for a client, how it affects them, and how it impacts the wider business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Articulates client business objectives and how our work delivers on those objectives.
- Supports the client team by independently implementing everyday Fundamental Tools (such as client playbook updates, meeting notes, Salesforce data accuracy, etc.) for Client Management.
- Take execution ownership for a specific area of our work with a client such as serving as the main contact on a brand or channel.
- Support brief development.
- Understands Jellyfish best practices and takes action to improve the quality of service provided to their clients.
- Coordinate across capabilities autonomously to manage client needs.
- Understand one or more Jellyfish products and have a prioritized plan for developing expertise in other areas.
- Maintain one certification from a necessary partner.
- Collaboratively work across teams to deliver Jellyfish value propositions for their clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in selling, or an understanding, of the Google technology stack is desirable
- 3+ years of demonstrable expertise in a similar role.
- Familiar with working in an agile environment, where handling prioritised tasks simultaneously.
- Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
