The Role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your goal is to drive revenue growth by building and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and play a crucial role in their success. This is accomplished by stablishing strong business relationships, gaining intimate knowledge of their business to understand their unique challenges and provide them with solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

The Account Manager creates and presents quotes to the clients following up to answer questions and ensure their approval.

The Account Manager is responsible for the clients' agreement renewal process by performing in-depth review and analysis of each agreement, present it to the client, negotiate, and ensure their renewal.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible to grow revenue from a provided portfolio of assigned accounts. 
  • Quote management. Responsible for the creation, presentation and approval of all quotes.
  • Responsible for clients' agreement review and renewal process from initial negotiation through final review and signature.
  • Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales targets. 
  • Work with vCIO and vITM to establish a trusted advisory relationship to achieve customer goals resulting by getting their roadmap initiatives accepted by the clients.
  • Increase sales by driving product adoption, managing escalations, and thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction. 
  • Create weekly, monthly, and rolling 8 weeks sales forecasts.           
  • Assists procurement team with vendor management and ordering to ensure correct subscriptions and maximize profits.
  • Provide ongoing supplier relationship support.

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales IT Management software sales for MSPs.
  • High energy, driven, passionate about sales and your customers success.
  • At least 2 years of proven track record of crushing sales goals
  • Familiarity with procurement practices.
  • Supplier management, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads and deadlines.
  • Must possess outstanding technical knowledge with research and analysis skills.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy talking and negotiating with clients.
  • You possess a high level of energy with an unbreakable positive attitude, able to Bounce Back Quickly, motived by challenges taking charge to solve them knowing your future and grow within the organization.
  • You enjoy working with C-suite executives and business stakeholders in a consultative fashion, building strong relationships with senior executives.
  • You are passionate about staying on the cutting edge of technology and has extensive knowledge of the latest versions of these technologies: Microsoft Azure Architecture, Windows Network, Multi and Single tenant SaaS and HaaS implementation, Microsoft 365, VMWare, SAP HANA, Suse Linux.
  • BA/BS, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/MS preferred but not required.
  • Experience with tools such as ConnectWise (Manage, Sell, Control and Automate), SmileBack, ITGlue, Auvik, etc.
